Light levels during the 1998 February 26 Total Eclipse
A plot of readings taken from John Mason's calibrated luxmeter for about 15
minutes before and after mid-eclipse on 1998 January 26 at Peninsula de
Paraguana, Venezuela, with the times derived from the videotape timecode.
The smoothed curve fitting the ingress and egress observations is identical
and reflected about the best-fit time of mid-eclipse (18:11:09 UTC). The
times of observed second contact (18:09:17) and third contact (18:12:56) are
shown. (J. W. Mason & N. D. James).
