Shumkov et. al., South African Astronomical Observatory and others report on ATEL 8819 discovery of MASTER OT J203533.66-260924.0 a possible dwarf nova outburst with an amplitude of at least 5 magnitudes. The MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system recorded the OT source at: RA 20h 35m 33.66s DEC -26d 09m 24.0s on 2016 Mar 12.117UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.8m (limit 19.0m). It was recorded on 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. A reference image without OT was obtained on 2015 July 12.829UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.3m. There is no known sources in VIZIER database (it means 22mag POSS limit, etc), but you can see very faint marginally seen non-catalogued source in blue POSS images, so suggest the dwarf nova outburst with >5.2mag amplitude. Spectral observations are required.
