The object was recorded using a 0.35-m f/6 Schmidt-Cassegrain + CCD SXVF-H9 camera. The position is: RA: 23h 16m 25.19s DEC +24 29' 47.8" (2000) Offsets 4" E 2"S of the host galaxy nucleus Galactic: 349.104958 24.496611 Discovery Date 2016 January 19.8351UT This has been recorded, as part of a new system for 2016 at the Transit Name Server under 'AT 2016V' (see http://wis-tns.weizmann.ac.il/object/2016v) Pending spectroscopic confirmation.
